What is a participant-minute?
One participant-minute is one participant connected to a hall for one minute. A 30-minute session with 4 participants uses 120 participant-minutes.
What happens when I exceed my included minutes?
Overage minutes are billed at $0.002/min and automatically added to your next Stripe invoice. No service interruption.
How does the promotional period work?
Both plans include a 60-day promotional access period for a one-time fee. After 60 days, your monthly subscription starts automatically — no action needed on your end.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth any time from your billing dashboard. Proration is applied immediately.
Do you store my recordings?
No. Relay never stores your media. Recordings are written directly to your own S3-compatible bucket — you provide the credentials, you own the data.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoice billing is available for Enterprise plans.
What does Enterprise include?
